In this webinar, we reflect with a panel of Scholars who applied to the program more than once. We’ll explore their initial approach of applying and focus on different methods for evolving their life journeys and application narratives. Rather than reinvention, their unpacking often involved stepping deeper into their values, which led to increased motivation to strengthen their work and fortify their mission. Learn insights about the different career choices and self-reflection paths that enabled this panel of scholars to crystalize their thinking about leadership and produce a narrative that resulted in growth, increased self-awareness, and brilliant resilience.
